Be happy.

Early this morning I finally left the house for some running. After almost 25 years I put on my old running shoes to start my exercise (running was called jogging in the older days). I started training for the long run using the Get RunningApp. A real asset to a good coaching. πŸ˜‰ 

Funny: I’m always very reluctant before starting an exercise programme, but it always turns out that I love it. Aterwards.
