Last Saturday was the first run of my second week of training. This week I started running for one and a half minutes with a two minutes walk (sets of six runnings). I must admit, it was awfully disappointing. The running wasn’t good (too late to bed the night before?) and the pain in my shins is still not over. But hey, no pain, no gain..!
So tonight, as planned, I started my second run of this week and I must admit, it went much better this time. The third running part was actually pretty okay and the last run (of six) went just right. I still have to work on my condition and have to run the pain out of my legs, but eventually I’ll get there!
