Precies waar de wereld op zit te wachten! Een weblog van een man woonachtig in Almere. Alsof bloggen na 2004 nog steeds ‘hot’ is.

Wie is de persoon achter dit weblog? Ik plaats hier al 10 jaar bijna dagelijks (nah, niet altijd dagelijks) een blog. Misschien dat je me hiervan kent, maar misschien heb je ook totaal geen idee wie ik ben.

Ik loop al 48 jaar op deze wereld rond en ik ben 14 jaar getrouwd met Edo (my main man, since 1993) en mijn grootste hobby is (outdoor) hardlopen. Heerlijk buiten, bijna mediterend aan mijn conditie werken. Zolang ik mijn hardloopschoenen mag dragen ben ik een gelukkig man. Ik probeer zoveel mogelijk positief in het leven te staan, dus doe ik mijn best om hier zo min mogelijk (of helemaal niet) negatief te bloggen. Ik ben liever pro-positief, dan anti-negatief, want waar je je mee bezig houdt, bezigt zich met jou.

Just what the world was waiting for! A blog from a Dutch man. As if blogging is still ‘hot’ after 2004.

Who is the person behind this blog? I’ve been blogging here for 10 years, now. Maybe you know me from the history of this blog or maybe you just don’t have a clue who I am.

I’m 48 years old (in December) and I’ve been married for 14 years with Edo (my main man, since 1993) and my biggest hobby is (outdoor) running. I love running outside, meditatively working on my fitness. As long as I can wear my running shoes, I am a happy man.

I try to be as positive as much in life and I’ll do my best to minimize any (or all) negative blogging. I am rather pro-positivity, then anti-negativity, because the things you focus on, will eventually focus on you.

PS: This blog is mostly written in the Dutch language, because that’s my mother tongue. When I blog in English, it will limit my expressions. A translation in the English language can be read here, but grammatically (including syntax) it is not quite right (but can be funny).
